What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this website:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your business name (optional)
• Your message

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services to you. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing without asking.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to our business email. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that counts visits, pages viewed, and general location and device type. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don't use advertising trackers, and this website doesn't set any cookies of its own.
• Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to a font provider.

Keeping or deleting your information

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to talk with you or to work together. To see what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email hello@westerlytechpartners.com, and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
